Oct/Nov 2025 past papers and mark schemes

About this sitting

The Oct/Nov 2025 sitting of Cambridge International AS & A Level German Language & Literature 9897 has 6 question papers, 6 mark schemes and the grade thresholds on file. Tap QP for a question paper or MS for its mark scheme. They open on the desk, where you can write on them.

Papers ending in 1, 2 and 3 (41, 42, 43) are the same paper set for different time zones, so any of them is fair practice.
