English – First Language 0500
Feb/March 2020 past papers and mark schemes

About this sitting

The Feb/March 2020 sitting of Cambridge IGCSE English – First Language 0500 has 2 question papers, 2 mark schemes, the examiner report and the grade thresholds on file. Tap QP for a question paper or MS for its mark scheme. They open on the desk, where you can write on them.

Papers ending in 1, 2 and 3 (41, 42, 43) are the same paper set for different time zones, so any of them is fair practice.

The reference printed on each paper, and the names its files go by:

• 0500/12/F/M/20 0500_m20_qp_12 · 0500_m20_ms_12
• 0500/22/F/M/20 0500_m20_qp_22 · 0500_m20_ms_22
